When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on Service. 4. Use of the Service
imagecolorpicker.com allows users to determine the color code of an image using an eyedropper tool. Users can upload images, submit image URLs, or paste images from the clipboard to determine color codes. Images are not uploaded to our servers; all processing occurs on the client side. However, when a website URL is provided, a screenshot is generated on our server and sent to the client, but no data are stored. Registered users can save, delete, and rename color palettes. Registered users may receive newsletters but can opt-out at any time. User accounts can be deleted at any time, and we will remove all data in compliance with GDPR.
5. Subscription plans and pricing
imagecolorpicker.com offers both free and paid subscription plans:
Free Plan: Includes basic color picking functionality, color conversions, color harmonies, 1 project, 1 collection, and up to 10 saved palettes. Advertisements are displayed.
Pro Plan: Includes all free features plus unlimited palettes and gradients, unlimited projects and collections, saved uploaded images, advanced color analysis tools, technical and creative color formats, blindness simulator, and an ad-free experience. The Pro Plan is available as a monthly or yearly subscription.
For current pricing and available plans, please visit our pricing page. Prices may vary by currency and are subject to change. We will notify existing subscribers at least 30 days in advance of any price changes affecting their subscription.
6. Billing and payment
All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy (LemonSqueezy.com). We do not store or have access to your credit card or payment details. All payment data is handled directly by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their security standards.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price at the time of renewal.
Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in Euros (EUR).
Plan changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
7. Cancellation policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for any future billing periods.
- After your subscription ends, your account will revert to the Free Plan.
- You will retain access to your first 10 saved palettes; additional palettes will become inaccessible until you resubscribe.
You may resubscribe at any time to regain access to all Pro features and your previously saved content.
8. Refund policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us. No questions asked.
Refunds for subscription renewals or after the 14-day period are generally not provided, except where required by applicable law.
9. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use our contact form to submit your withdrawal request.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Exception: If you have requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportional to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal.
10. Ownership of created content
You retain full ownership of all palettes, gradients, color collections, and other content you create using our Service. You may use your created content in any personal or commercial project without restrictions or additional fees.
11. Prohibited uses
- (a) In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- (b) For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
- (c) To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letters,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
12. Content
Content found on or through this Service is the property of MPH GL GmbH or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.
13. Advertising
This website has an exclusive advertising contract with Ezoic Inc. 15. Company logos and testimonials
By creating an account and using our Service, you grant MPH GL GmbH permission to display your company name and/or logo on our website, marketing materials, and promotional content as a reference customer. This permission is granted for the purpose of showcasing our user base and building trust with potential customers.
If you wish to have your company name or logo removed from our promotional materials, please contact us. We will process your removal request within 5 business days of receiving your request.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
